Japanese Martial Arts Centre BUDOJO is an ideal training dojo for everyone. It was created in 2003 from the initative of Jerzy Pomianowski - 5 Dan (ambassador of Poland in Japan in years 1997-2003) who is acknowleged in Aikido as well as traditional Koryu Bujutsu fighting styles...

During the 2008/2009 seoson the following martial arts will be conducted in our dojo:

  • AIKIDO - (children & adults) beginners and advanced
  • KENJUTSU - Japanese sword - in KASHIMA SHIN RYU style (adults), for beginners and advanced
  • KYUDO - Japanese archery - (adults)

Budojo is a non-profit organisation belonging to the Warsaw Aikido Association AIKIKAI (founded 1988), oldest Aikido association in Warsaw.

Our dojo is an absolutely unique place. A spacious garden along with the traditional Japanese look of the training hall create an atmosphere, which fully allows us to forget about everyday problems and stress.

BUDOJO has a constant contact with the Meiji Jingu Shiseikan Budojo in Tokyo and the master Inaba Minoru 8 Dan. Every two years we organise training trips to Japan. We participate in the camps and stages of PFA (Polish Aikido Federation) which we are a member of, as well as organise our own ones.

BUDOJO also cooperates with many dojos throughout Europe, in France, UK, Germany, Slovakia, Switzerland, Greece and Russia.

For people willing to take up a really demanding and effective training programme we have a special 10 month plan - Uchideshi-Budojo.

Trainings take place from Monday to Saturday.

The pricing depends on the number and type of trainings we wish to attend.

The rates do not differ from other dojos in Warsaw, and in some cases can turn
out to be very advantageous.
